Join me every Tuesday in August for our weekly Yoga Nidra sessions focusing on Central Channel Breathing. Appropriate for individuals of all meditation levels, this guided meditation travels through anchor points located along the Chakras, and incorporates breath and body work.
Folks who wish to develop an integrative practice that incorporates the mind, body, and spirit for overall wellness, this is a wonderful place to start. Beneficial for working with overwhelming emotions, to develop healthy coping skills, and cultivating a sense of peace.
Meditation can be done in a chair, seated on the mat, or lying back on the mat. Please bring blankets and bolsters if you have your own to help follow COVID safety measures.
