Join Casey for an introductory discussion of Animal Allies and how their energies can be used in our daily lives to help us find our center. Many people have an animal that they feel deeply connected to, or are interested in their "spirit animal." If you're curious about how to incorporate them into your practice, join her for an evening at her homestead in Walhalla for potluck and discussion.
