Join us as we visit Green Bird Haven to explore the ideas of insight and wisdom -- how do they differ, and how/where can we source them? We'll experience a bit of nature therapy, somatic movement, meditation, and chanting.

Author, psychotherapist, and Buddhist meditation teacher Jeanne Malmgren offers mindfulness- and earth-based experiences through Green Bird Nature Therapy (greenbirdnaturetherapy.com). A native of the South Carolina mountains, she lives in the shadow of the Blue Ridge Escarpment, where her neighbors include black bear, red oak, and the rare wildflower Oconee Bells.
