About the Event
Meditation can be done in a chair, lying down on yoga mats, or seated on yoga blankets with aids such as blocks. Calm your mind, settle your body and find a softer focus for your day as you pursue a more mindful approach to life. All levels welcome.
Classes consist of a short discussion on bringing meditation into our daily lives, followed by beginning breath work that will allow you to begin dropping into your body for the day's practice.
Meditations that guide you into a peaceful environment brought to life by your mind's eye. Journey to forests, beaches, mountains, and beyond as you explore the places that bring you the most comfort. This class is beneficial for those seeking tools that will allow them to work through negative experiences and emotions and return to a more fulfilling state of mind. Tuesdays in June 3:00 - 4:00 PM
