About the event
OCP's Re-Fresh Community Gardening program is working with local partners and OCP mentors to bring you monthly cooking workshops! During June, OCP executive director and fermenting enthusiast Casey Certain will be discussing sharing tips and techniques for making your food last.
Summertime is full of crops that can sometimes become so abundant that we can't eat them fast enough! Find out how to store your garden goodies as pickles and kraut so they don't go bad.
This is a hands - on workshop, free to the public. Suitable for ages 10+
Please RSVP to oconeecultivationproject@gmail.com and hit "Going" on our event if you plan to attend!
