Join children's yoga instructor and owner of Grey Moon Yoga, Grey Stevens, for a Cold Moon Gathering focused on Communication and Reflection.
The evening will start with a full moon in Gemini meditation, followed by journaling and discussion around the season of winter and the final moon of 2022.
