As part of an on-going Women's Full Moon Circle, Casey and Inner Certainty Healing Arts is helping organize a special gathering in honor of the Beaver Full Moon in November. Learn how to integrate breathwork, stones, yoga, and herbs into your daily practice to help your body, mind, and spirit feel their best as you walk the path of womanhood.

Melissa is the owner and founder of Green Heart Awakening, and is a yoga instructor and herbalist. Green Heart Awakening is a natural health store and wellness studio space in Pendleton, SC.
