About the Event

Meditation can be done in a chair, lying down on yoga mats, or seated on yoga blankets with aids such as blocks. Calm your mind, settle your body and find a softer focus for your day as you pursue a more mindful approach to life. All levels welcome.

This class focuses on breath awareness and body sensations to establish a practice of checking in with your body throughout the day, allowing for development of ease and peace in your lifestyle, as you learn to release triggers that normally affect your day negatively. Wednesdays in October 5:00 - 6:00 PM, no class Oct 13.
